Who we are and what this covers

TJSON, Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada de Capital Variable (TJSON, S.A.S. de C.V.), tax identification number 1222-190526-102-0, domiciled in San Miguel, El Salvador. You can reach us at tjsontech@gmail.com or +503 7502 5302.

This policy covers three things: this site (tjson.net), the platforms we run under our own name (tjson.studio and tjson.store), and the customer-service systems we build and operate for our business clients — what the rest of this document calls “the agent”.

An important distinction: whose data it is

When you message a business that uses our agent on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram — a pharmacy, a hardware store, a glass shop — that conversation belongs to the business, not to us. The business decides what that information is used for; we only operate the system on their behalf and under their instructions.

In practice: if you want to exercise your rights over that conversation, you can write to us and we will process it, but the final decision belongs to the business you talked to. We will tell you who they are if you do not know.

On tjson.net, tjson.studio and tjson.store, the data is ours and we answer for it directly.

What information we handle

It depends on how you reach us:

If you message a business that uses our agent

  • Your name or the profile name the platform displays, and the phone number or user identifier it hands us.
  • What you write: messages, public comments on the business’s pages, photos or audio you send, and your location if you choose to share it.
  • The conversation history, so the agent knows what you were talking about and does not make you repeat everything.
  • Any orders or quotes that come out of that conversation: products, quantities, prices and, where relevant, the delivery address.

If you are a TJson Studio client

  • Your name, email, phone and password (stored encrypted — we never see it).
  • The tax details required to issue the electronic tax document Salvadoran law requires.
  • Your projects, orders, payments and the conversations you have with us inside the platform.

If you buy from TJson Store

  • Your name, email, phone and delivery address.
  • What you ordered and the status of that order.
  • Tax details, if you request a tax credit invoice.

If you only visit tjson.net

  • Nothing that identifies you. This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies.
  • The only thing stored in your browser is the language you picked, and it never leaves your device.

What we use it for

  • To answer you — that is literally what the agent is for.
  • To record and fulfil the order you placed.
  • To let the business take over the conversation when the matter goes beyond what the agent should handle.
  • To let the business see its own results: how many enquiries came in, what was asked for most, how deliveries are going.
  • To issue the invoice or tax credit document the law requires us to issue.
  • To run and maintain the system: backups, security and fixing failures.

We do not sell your information. We do not hand it to third parties so they can advertise to you. We do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Who we share it with

Only the providers the service actually needs, and only what each one needs:

  • Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Firebase / Firestore, Cloud Storage): where the system lives and runs.
  • Google Gemini: processes the text of the conversation to produce the agent’s reply. Under the terms of its paid API, Google does not use this content to train its models.
  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Instagram): the channel the message arrives and leaves through. What happens inside those apps is also governed by Meta’s own policies.
  • The business that owns the conversation — the one serving you.
  • The competent authority, when a legal order requires it.

How long we keep it

  • A business’s conversations and orders: for as long as its contract with us lasts. When it ends we hand over its information and delete our copy within the following thirty days, except what we must keep for tax reasons.
  • Electronic tax documents: for the years Salvadoran tax law requires. We cannot delete these even if you ask.
  • Studio and Store accounts: for as long as the account exists.

How to ask us to delete your data

Write to tjsontech@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, and tell us which number or profile you wrote from and which business you contacted. That is enough for us to find you.

We confirm within five business days and carry it out within thirty calendar days at the latest.

If the conversation is with a business that is our client, we pass your request on — the information is theirs — and follow up until it is resolved.

The only thing we cannot delete is what tax law obliges us to keep. If that applies to you, we will say so plainly and explain what remains and why.

Your other rights

  • To know what information we hold about you and where it came from.
  • To ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • To request a copy of what we hold.
  • To object to further processing, within what the service you contracted allows.

Exercise them through the same address, tjsontech@gmail.com, on the same timelines as the section above.

How we protect it

  • Communications travel encrypted and credentials are stored encrypted.
  • Access is per user and permission-based: nobody sees more than their role requires.
  • We keep backups and monitor the system with automatic alerts for outages or odd behaviour.
  • We apply security updates to the components for as long as the service is live.

No system is infallible. If something ever affects your information, we tell you — and we tell the business — without waiting to be asked.

Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and at adults. We do not seek or request information from minors. If we realise we have received a minor’s data without parental authorisation, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, we update the date above and publish the new version right here. If the change is substantive — we start handling something new, or using it for something different — we email active clients before it takes effect.
